Flexible Estimate Process

At Micro, our goal is to provide every client with the easiest path to a successful project from start to finish -- beginning with our estimation process.

Below are simple guidelines to get your project underway. Upon providing us with project details, business objectives, and proper documentation our project managers will create a strategy outline and concept that will fit your needs.

How It Works:

1. Required client communication & discussion:

• You may provide a URS (User Requirement Specification) with other relevant information.
• If you do not have a URS, you can simply contact us to support you. Our sales engineers will work with you to discover all your needs and establish a set of requirements and options to meet your business objectives.

2. Automation proposals generally take at least 2 to 3 weeks for completion and will depend on the project schedule and system complexity.

3. Micro will provide you with a proposal and will meet with you for review and discussion of the concept and associated options.
